Specification
The tanks, baskets and main casings are manufactured from 304 stainless steel. The lid is ABS plastic, which also acts as a drip tray for the basket. All units are supplied as standard with lid and basket.
The digital control models have an SD card aperture for validation/traceability of cycle used, essential in health care use and beneficial in high quality processes. The digital units have "Frequency Leap" technology - reduced dead spots and minimal standing ultrasonic waves, increasing the ultrasonic activity-, auto degas and low level sensors.
For simple low cost ultrasonic cleaning, analogue control models are available for the Gem 3 and Gem 5
