Dispomat peristaltic dispenser.

DISPOMAT peristaltic Dispenser is a microprocessor controlled automatic fluid dispensing instrument. DISPOMAT has 4 peristaltic pumps and can therefore dispense both diamond suspension / lubricating fluid and aluminium oxide / colloidal silica suspension. Dispensing parameters such as fluid selection, frequency and dispensing time can be set. High quality peristaltic pumps guarantee exactly the same dosing every time, saving time and consumables. No vaporisation or spray mist occurs.

Kemet Specimen Holding Fixtures

A wide range of Holding Fixtures are available for the Kemet Polishing Machine. Most shapes of specimen can be accommodated.

Kemet Lapping Plates

Kemet Plates are available to fit most Metallographic Preparation Machines.
These plates hold diamond particles firmly, ensuring both efficient stock removal and repetitive component surface finish. Very good for planer surfaces and edge retention. They have ductile qualities which cushion the diamond particles, preventing damage to the workpiece. Produced in varying hardness values so that even the softest material can, without impregnation, be safely lapped with diamond particles.
