In order to obtain a highly reflective surface that is free from scratches and deformation, the specimens must be carefully ground and polished before they can be examined under the microscope.

FORCIPOL Series of instruments are available as Single wheel and Dual wheel Units (200/250/300 mm wheel size). Both single or double wheel versions are available with constant, dual or variable rotating speeds with digital display. This allows the setting of the optimum speed for each individual preparation process.

When the number of specimens to be prepared increases, FORCIPOL instruments can be fitted with FORCIMAT automatic head for automation. FORCIMAT automatic head provides high rate of sample preparation and frees the operator from the grinding and polishing procedures

DIGIPREP’s Automatic Head controls the force applied precisely and specimens are prepared exactly the same way everytime, independent of operator skills.

With the ability to store and recall preparation programs on the LCD screen, consistent results are obtained. High level of automation improves the efficiency and gives the operator free time for other tasks in the laboratory. DOSIMAT Peristaltic Dispenser

DOSIMAT is a microprocessor controlled automatic fluid dispensing instrument.

DOSIMAT is a microprocessor controlled automatic fluid dispensing instrument used in combination with DIGIPREP systems (optional) to obtain consistent specimens and to save time and consumables. DOSIMAT can feed both diamond suspensions/lubricants and aluminium oxide suspensions. Dispensing parameters like; frequency, dispensing duration, fluid selection etc. are controlled through the programme memory of the Automatic Head. High quality peristaltic pumps guarantee exactly the same dosing every time.
